United States Basketball Network ("USBN", "we", "us", or "our") provides public basketball news, team information, schedules, video links, tickets, merchandise links, and partner information through the USBN website and mobile app.

The USBN app is designed to work without an account. We only access limited telemetry data for debugging, reliability, performance monitoring, security, and support. We do not use app telemetry for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Telemetry is technical information generated when the app or website runs. We use it to understand crashes, failed requests, slow pages, and other product issues.

If you choose to email USBN, subscribe to updates, or submit a partner inquiry, we use the information you provide only to respond, send the requested update, or manage the requested relationship. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Ticket purchases, memberships, merchandise, embedded media, and partner offers may open or depend on external services. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies. USBN does not receive payment card details from those external checkout providers.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, error reporting, email delivery, ticketing, and content delivery. They process data only as needed to provide those services to USBN. We do not sell your data.

We keep telemetry only as long as needed for debugging, reliability, security, and operational records. Messages or form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the related request.

USBN is a general-audience sports app and website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to USBN, contact us and we will review the request.
