**United States Basketball Network Announces Regional Sites for the Inaugural 2024 United States Basketball Championship**
June 16, 2024 – The United States Basketball Network (USBN) is thrilled to announce the regional sites for the first round of the 2024 United States Basketball Championship (USBC). This historic tournament will feature top teams from across the country in a single-elimination format, culminating in the crowning of the first-ever national champion outside the NBA.
The twelve regions selected for round one of the 2024 USBC are:
- Los Angeles, CA
- Phoenix, AZ
- Houston, TX
- Dallas, TX
- Nashville, TN
- Montgomery, AL
- Tampa, FL
- Atlanta, GA
- Carolinas
- Chicago, IL
- Lexington, KY
- Pittsburgh, PA
These cities represent some of the best locations nationwide and are home to many of the top basketball teams in the country. Round one of the USBC will take place over weekends in August, with games scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, and regional championships held on Monday nights.
The twelve regional champions will advance to the Tournament of Twelve, held in New Orleans, LA, from September 12th to September 15th. This highly anticipated event will determine who advances to the national championship and becoming the number one ranked professional basketball team in the USA, outside the NBA.
The 2024 USBC is a landmark event in professional basketball, providing an unprecedented platform for collegiate players to continue their careers without the need to go overseas. This inaugural tournament is expected to quickly become one of America’s premier annual sporting events, showcasing top-tier talent and bringing exciting, high-stakes basketball to fans across the nation.
