Georgia Kangaroos Join USBN 2026 USBC Champion League

Canton, GA — September 19, 2025 — The United States Basketball Network (USBN) today announced the Georgia Kangaroos will compete in the 2026 USBC Champion League, the top tier of the United States Basketball Championship (USBC) tipping off May 2026. Every Champion League game will stream live and free on USBNtv (YouTube) for a national audience. (USBC)

Who are the Georgia Kangaroos?

Founded in 2019, the Kangaroos are an independent men’s professional team built to showcase high-level talent and energize a local fan base. The club played its first games in 2020 and is now rooted in Canton, Georgia, with community programs and youth development run through the Kangaroo Sports Club. (Georgia Kangaroos)

In 2025, the Kangaroos launched their Canton era with a home slate at Cherokee High School, including an opening-day win (104–96) on June 1—marking a successful relaunch in Cherokee County and setting the stage for the step up to the Champion League. (Georgia Kangaroos)
