New Approach to the United States Basketball Championship

USBC stands for United States Basketball Championship.  USBC is now a professional basketball system that will have 4 levels (or leagues), like the above pyramid.  At the very top, League 1 will be called the Champion League.  Whoever wins the Champion League becomes the Nation Champion, best team in the country, the United States Basketball Champion.  

During the season, every game will matter.  There is no playoffs.  For non-Champion Leagues, the top 3 teams based on the final season's standing will advance up to the next league.  The bottom 3 teams will be demoted down to the league below them.  That standings is based on records and then point differential to determine the order.  The top team in league 1, the top level, will be the United States Basketball Champion.  The bottom 3 teams out of the bottom league 4, will be replaced by three new teams.  

Basically the Teams do.  All Teams' owners and even players play an important part ensuring the success of the league and the season.  USBN is the "association" for all teams and territories to help promote and bring in additional revenue for the league.
